Submit Your Documents
You can submit your documents through:
- Email – Send scanned copies in PDF or image format.
- WhatsApp – Share clear pictures of your documents.
- Visit Our Office – Drop off your documents in person for verification.
Pre-Attestation Verification
Before MOFA attestation, your documents must be verified by relevant authorities, such as:
- Notary Public Attestation – Ensures your document is legally certified.
- Board/University Attestation – Required for educational documents.
- Concerned Government Department – Personal and business documents must be attested by NADRA, Union Council, IBCC, HEC, or Chamber of Commerce, depending on the document type.
Submission to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
Once your documents are verified, we proceed with the MOFA attestation process:
- We submit your documents to MOFA on your behalf.
- MOFA officials verify and authenticate the documents.
- Official MOFA Stamp & Signature is applied for legal recognition.
Collection & Delivery of Attested Documents
Once the attestation is complete, you can receive your documents:
- Soft Copy – Scanned copy sent via Email or WhatsApp.
- Hard Copy – Choose Courier Delivery or Office Pickup.
